Black Trees White Fog Silence

Date
Apr, 09, 2019

I posted these photos 5 years ago and we are looking at the same thing today. Fog, drizzle, heavy clouds and times of gentle rains. I like to see the water coming down as we always need it but I am looking forward to the next sunny day?

The weather people say we are in an “Atmospheric River” that will hang around for April!

What can we do but keep on breathing in and out, modest and willing, and in our places? ~Mary Oliver

These are wonderful captures of the fog. We are having a lot of it right now in the San Bernardino Mts. of socal. I love the fog as long as it is punctuated with sunny afternoons. I know…it is a lot to ask. Mary Oliver rocks. Stay well my friend and post your gems when able.

I love Mary Oliver! I have this quote on my computer: “The most regretful people on earth are those who felt the call to creative work, who felt their own creative power restive and uprising, and gave to it neither power nor time.” Mary Oliver

I love her too. Her words speak to deep places in my heart. Yours as well, I’m sure. Lovely quote and so very true. xx Thanks for coming by toting a real live comment for me. It is much appreciated. ❤️
