“Is the spring coming?” he said. “What is it like?”

“It is the sun shining on the rain and the rain falling on the sunshine…”

Early early…
the light is coming over the hills,
bringing green into view.

A lovely yellow light that makes everything shimmer for just a moment.
Like shining thru a thousand tiny water drops,
all is magnified to it’s essence.

time is my time is our
time for springtime is love time
and viva sweet love

(all the merry little birds are
flying in the floating in the
very spirits singing in
are winging in the blossoming)

lovers go and lovers come
awandering
awondering

but any two are perfectly
alone there’s nobody else alive

(such a sky and such a sun
i never knew and neither did you
and everybody never breathed
quite so many kinds of yes)

not a tree can count his leaves
each herself by opening
but shining who by thousands mean
only one amazing thing

(secretly adoring shyly
tiny winging darting floating
merry in the blossoming
always joyful selves are singing)

sweet spring is your
time is my time is our
time for springtime is lovetime
and viva sweet love.

    Hello, my sweet,
These pictures of your beautiful land in springtime are a heavenly
sight for these winter weary eyes.
Sorry it’s taken me a bit to come by – it’s just that things are so
slow on the blogging front these days
I often forget to look around.
    Much love to you
    Susan

Hello dear heart… I am missing you and hoped you might feel uplifted that spring will eventually reach your northern clime. Again it is raining here but the lovely sun has also warmed my weary skin. Still enduring this situation with hospital visit on may 1. I shall let you know how things turn out. I have had to stop all the meds due to reactions/ side effects. A dreary mess! I am weary but will enjoy my upcoming birthday on 22-earth day! 🌞 I have enjoyed a visit from family. That always cheers me. You take care of you. xxx
